Guarantee

Our articles are guaranteed against defective workmanship for a period of 5 years, beginning with the date of invoice.

Barrel lengths

Please indicate barrel length and model of pistol when ordering replacement barrels and plasma barrels. .

Customer service

We are constantly dedicated to our customers. Please do not hesitate to contact us directly if you have a problem with our products. 

Custom shop/fitting service

Fitting is offered without surcharge. Customers providing their gun/slide to us will have their barrel fitted. We require the the gun/slide for 14 days on average.

Delivery from factory / general representative

We are represented in most European countries and the US, either directly or by general importers. Private customers may order directly from the factory, but may be required to take delivery via a licensed importer.

Delivery via local firearms dealer

You may order directly from us and indicate the delaership you would like to take delivery from. We will contact the dealership and arrange the delivery. Dealer will receive his markup directly from us. 

Right of Return

With the exception of custom orders, you may return the products within 14 days for a full refund, less shipping costs.

Shipping and Handling

Except for very few exceptions, we ship via standard mail service. Your Order will generally reach you within 2 to 4 days of availability to your local carrier in Europe, in Overseas the travelling time of packages may last up to 7- 10 days.

Shipping and handling charges depend on the order total. Orders over EUR 500 within Europe are not charged. Orders under EUR 500 are charged according to weight. Contact us for special transport arrangements.

Personal Pick Up

We are a factory and not a gun store. So please understand that we cannot accept simply walk-ins. Prior arrangements for a visit are generally no problem. .

Weapons Law

Austrian weapons law allow replacement barrels to not be counted against the total number of permitted eapons, unless the orginal gun is sold. Purchase of a barrel is subject to registration by both parties.

German laws allow the purchase of a replacement barrel if the base weapon and caliber are already indicated on the permit. No further registration is then required.

Germany and Austria allow shoulder stocks to be pruchased freely. Also the forward grip is free, with exception that German shooters are not allowed to attach the lamp holders.

US law: barrels are free, but stocks need registration unless used in combination with a 16" barrel.

Payment

In Austria: COD on first delivery, afterwards 14 days net

Outside Austria: Prepayment or credit card (Eurocard(Mastercard or Visa); or payment collect where possible.
